Procedural law and arbitration

The litigation and arbitration department has extensive experience in the defence in civil, bankruptcy, labour, contentious-administrative and constitutional matters. Likewise, as to arbitration, this department is made up of lawyers who act both in the representation of claimants /defendants and its members are appointed arbitrators.

In recent years, this practice area has grown as a result of the current economic situation and the increasingly frequent outsourcing of legal proceedings.
